Meeting Announcements:

Cyndie Baum reported that 56 people from the RI Convention will be bused to our event. They come from 11 countries. Over 50 local members and guests are also registered to attend.

Bob reported on the driving route to get to Baum's for our Host event. Plus he asked for members to help with route marshalling and parking.

Samson asked for volunteers to help with assembly of the Westbrook School playground, which we donated towards. Samson updated members about the status of MTA player registrations and business sponsorships. These are low.
