As one year ends and another begins, I would like to thank my fellow Rotary Club of Cochrane members for their support in my role as Communications Director for our club.
As a relative "Newbie" to Rotary and our amazing club, I very much appreciate being mentored in the role by Chrystal and Keith. I am also grateful to those members who took the time to share ideas, stories and photos to further share with our fellow members about the many inspiring activities and projects our club engages in, and supports in our community and around the world.
I've tried my best to make our weekly Club Bulletins interesting to read and hopefully also fun!
During my short time in this role, I've also tried to use the power of social and traditional media to raise the profile of our Club in our Cochrane community and beyond. It is my hope to also encourage new membership in the process.
Thank you for your patience, encouragement, and those who were kind enough to share supportive messages, that means a lot to me.
You continue to inspire me and make me SO proud that I chose to become a Rotarian and a member of this very special Club!
