Many members said, "That was the best meeting of the year!"
62 members and guests attended and enjoyed the food, fun, celebration and recognition.
Indeed it may have been, as Dan completed the final kilometer of his epic 1600 km Alberta bike ride in support of Rotary International's goal to eradicate Polio from from the Earth.
There were SO MANY things that happened during the meeting, that we can' include it all in this bulletin, so please watch this new video that summarizes Dan's ride and the June 17th celebration back home in Cochrane at The Legion.
Please click this link, and/or the photo below to watch the video of this new, updated video with images from our Party (meeting ;-). It will make you even more proud to be Rotarian!
If you haven't done so already, there is still time to donate in support of Dan and his monumental effort to help Rotary International end the scourge of Polio.
Sam Gardiner and Joan Holmes of Seniors on the Bow received a cheque for their Grande Parade event from Keith.
Paul Wagman and Stephanie Deglow of Wayfinders Society received a cheque from Keith to support their work.
