The Rotary Book Club meets on ZOOM the third Monday of the month from 7pm to 8pm.
The Book Club choice for April is Longbournby Jo Baker written in 2013. It tells the story of Pride and Prejudice from the perspective of the staff of the Bennett household.

Sue thanked everyone for their participation in the recent membership survey which offered insights into things that are going well with our club, and things that could be improved.
Pathway to Mental Health
Martin invited members to participate to an event where signs with positive messages about mental health will be placed in our community.
Alex spoke about the many volunteer opportunities that our club offers.
Alex also asked members to think about what our Club's next "Big Project" might be. He mentioned that helping the Cochrane Public Library with the plans for a much-needed new library might be one such project that members had discussed.
Pig Roast
Cyndie invited club members to the Pig Roast social event that our club will host during the Rotary International Conference in June.
Club Business
Hank invited club members to the Wing Night social event that our club will take place at the Water Velley Saloon on Tuesday, April 22nd.
Special Club Meeting:
President Keith invited Club members to a special club meeting with presentations about our Club's International Services.
The Rotary Club of Punta Gorda is based in the Toledo District of Belize, which is the southern-most district in the country. The Rotary Club of Punta Gorda serves the entire Toledo District, including Punta Gorda town and the many villages in the Toledo District, including over 35 Maya villages. The club partners with many Rotary Clubs throughout the United States and Canada to serve the citizens of the Toledo District.
The club supports our community in many ways, with education, livelihood development and healthcare being their major services.
