International -
Reviewing business plans for the economic development in Punta Gorda project. Had to recognize that business planning there will be different than what we would expect in Canada. What do we need to teach the locals about what is needed for the a business plan - and how does that compare to what is already on written on the subject. Remove the North American view point - - - Develop an evaualtion process for these business plans - our project/funding is based on business seed money for people in the area, building the capacity - need to ensure the guidance to success. Earn a checkmark when these people are successful in their endevour - build stronger communities, community and personal wealth and share that capacity. Sustainable thinking must be in the business plans. Stephen S and Allan Carr working on this eval project
