NEXT CLUB MEETING: July 14 2020

Welcome to the New Rotary Year and back to Lunch Meetings!

On July 14 we will be meeting at the Cochrane Legion for our first lunch meeting of the 2020/2021 Rotary Year.

Arrangements are being made to keep everyone safe and all Club Members are asked to be responsible and:
- Do not attend if you are not feeling well
- Wash your hands or sanitize your hands regularly
- Keep at least 6 feet away from others as much as possible

Because we will be doing lunch with COVID-19 safety measures in place, it is important that you let us know if you will be attending meetings for the month of July.

Please email Wally D. at wally.dressler@gmail.com to confirm your attendance.

New Rotary Year, New President and New Theme
Learn more about this year's theme 'Rotary Opens Opportunities' from RI President Holger Knaack.
Below you will find his speech from January 2020 where he outlines his vision for Rotary and the opportunities Rotary provides us to do good in the World.

Supporting the environment becomes Rotary’s new area of focus

The Rotary Foundation Trustees and RI Board of Directors both unanimously approved adding a new area of focus: supporting the environment. Creating a distinct area of focus for the environment will give Rotary members even more ways to bring about positive change in the world and increase our impact. More details will be announced soon.
