Background: The Cochrane Rotary International Committee has been working overtime to complete the process of applying for a global grant to fund a project to build the social and economic development capacity of three impoverished Maya villages in southern Belize. These villages are unquestionably among the poorest and severely disadvantaged people in the whole country, with an annual income of less that 1/10 of the average income of other Belizeans. How can you help?
