Last year, the Kiwanis Club of Cochrane held its first Kids Christmas Toy Project.  Fifty-four kids from our community met with Santa, had pictures taken, got faces painted and chose their own toy (a forty-dollar voucher to use at Wal-Mart )  This holiday experience was topped off by receiving gloves, socks, a teddy bear and their family being invited to a Generals hockey game. 

Working in partnership with local social agencies, Kiwanis ensures the less fortunate in our community have a smile at what should be a festive time of year.   This is just not possible for many in our community. We hope to invite 100 kids for this year event.
