MTA 2024 Application for Beneficiary Submission

Application for potential beneficiaries of the 17th Annual Monumental Tournament of Aces taking place at the Links of GlenEagles on October 5th, 2024.  

Please submit an email to the Rotary Club of Cochrane ( with the following information before the end of day March 1st, 2024 to be considered for this event.  

Please title the email ATTN: MTA 2024 Application  

Please include the following details, in the same order, in the email:  

  • Name of Beneficiary (Project/Group/Club/etc) 

  • Contact Name  

  • Contact Email and Phone Number 

  • Please describe the project that the funds would be put towards if you were the successful candidate (PLEASE NOTE: applications for operations costs will not be considered).  

  • What is the overall budget for the project?  

  • What funds have already been raised for this project? Are there any outstanding funding applications?  

  • How will the project benefit the community?  

  • What is the expected completion date of the project?  

  • What can your organization do to help support the event? (ie. recruit sponsors, provide registrants, arrange volunteers)

Please review your application to ensure it contains all the necessary information prior to submitting. The contact person/details list in the submission may be contacted for any clarification to the application.  

Applications will be reviewed in early March 2024 and the successful application will be selected by April 1st, 2024. Only successful applicants will be contacted at the end of the selection process.

The 17th Annual Monumental Tournament of Aces is scheduled to hit the Links of GlenEagles on October 5th, 2024 and the planning committee is excited to support the amazing community of Cochrane once again with this fundraiser. Hosted by the Rotary Club of Cochrane and supported by the Lindsay Leigh Kimmett Memorial Foundation, this annual event has raised $1.25 million for local initiatives while also providing a one-of-a-kind ‘closest to the pin’ style of golfing that requires no previous golf experience and is for anyone seeking friends, fun and has a desire to give back to the community!
