  Trans-Canada Trail Project 2012 the Vision was cast (Rotary Music & Motio
 n Event September 2012) to develop a Trail from Calgary to Canmore.  This
  Trail would not only connect the Parks\, it would also connect our 6 Comm
 unities. After 3 years of discussions\, meetings and a signed Agreement wi
 th the Stoney Nakoda Nation\, the Rotary Club of Cochrane unanimously agre
 ed (2015) to take on the immense project. It would take another 6 years of
  meetings and relationship building to assemble a steering committee and o
 fficially launch the Trail Project November 2021. Our collective goal is t
 o have Stage One of The Trail (Calgary – Cochrane) completed for the 202
 5 Rotary International Conference in Calgary.
