Membership Development

We aim to identify members of the community who are a good fit for our Club. Careful selection of members will increase the Club's retention rate and reinforce positive attitudes towards new-member induction. When approaching prospective members it is important to inform them about what the Club does, including our successful community and international initiatives, including past successes. Before inviting someone to apply, we must make them aware of the opportunities for involvement in service projects as well as financial obligations. The committee will develop a Club profile for sharing with guests Working closely with Public Relations we will strive to create a positive image attractive to prospective members reaffirming to current members. The committee will set relevant goals and develop plans. The committee reminds all members of their responsibility for member recruitment and retention.
